Domestic Violence Awareness Event Nov. 12 in Hoffman Estates

State Rep. Michelle Mussman, the new chair of the Northwest Suburban Alliance on Domestic Violence, will host a Domestic Violence Awareness Night in Hoffman Estates on Thursday, Nov. 12.  from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Higgins Education Center, 1030 W. Higgins Road.
Mussman will be joined by survivors of domestic violence for a night focused on awareness and prevention efforts. Speakers will provide support information, as well as share personal stories and poetry on their experiences. For more information or to reserve a seat, contact  at (847) 923-9104.
